These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dolfinn film-production planning tool at dolfinn.be (the "Service"), operated by [BLANK: legal entity name] ("Dolfinn", "we", "us"). 1. The Service

Dolfinn is a web-based tool for planning film and television productions — including script breakdowns, stripboards, scheduling and related production data. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your content and responsibilities

  • You retain all rights to the content you upload (scripts, breakdowns, schedules, etc.) ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for the personal data you enter about others (e.g. cast and crew). You confirm you have a lawful basis to enter that data and to have us process it on your behalf. Our respective data-protection obligations are set out in the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
  • You must not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach security, or misuse the Service.

4. AI-assisted features

The Service uses automated (AI) processing to extract information from uploaded scripts (see the Privacy Policy). AI output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before relying on it. AI features are provided "as is".

5. Billing and subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the plan and interval shown at checkout ([BLANK: monthly/annual], in [BLANK: EUR]).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profits or business.
